i love procrastinating-im super good at it too
im gonna tell ya how its done:
1. don't do homework on the weekend. you will always be inherently behind and spending time with your friends is WAY better than any assignment you might have.
2. find a tv show on netflix to become obsessed with. the tv show Psych is always a funny one. i cant decide if shawn or gus is my favorite. ive recently completed the first season-i highly recommend it.
3. clean! cleaning is always a healthy and productive tool of procrastination especially useful when your productivity is low due to procrastination...that does make sense-think about it. anywho my favorites things to clean are the kitchen and bathroom-you feel so good the next morning waking up to a clean home and it even reduces your thoughts of how stressed you should be because you yet again did a fantastic job procrastinating.
4. bake or cook something. filling your stomach with mouth-watering goodness is 100% justifiable. you need your nutrients and studying all the time takes sooo much energy...
even though you probably haven't been studying and have ample amounts of energy to complete your homework-you could look at it as procrastination takes way more energy and to keep up with your bang up job and excellent marks in procrastination you must resupply your noggin with glucose.
NOW if for some ridiculous reason your oven doesn't work...LIKE MINE...it stinks. and you can better use this time by emailing your management company over, and over, and over again... LIKE ME.
This is a picture of what
Aspen Ridge Management
refuses to believe is my oven's
inept ability to cook evenly...
tasty right...not.
5. serve someone. there is absolutely no better way to procrastinate or spend your time in general than to serve someone else.
you may have a full plate, or loads of other things you could be doing... but honestly if you're gonna do anything with your precious time on this earth
i fervently hope you will choose to serve another.
Have you done any good in the world today?
that's the best way to procrastinate, i promise.
